Curing room

There are two main types of curing rooms, one is a steel structure and the other is  concrete structure. 

The first type is brick machine curing pit, brick machine curing room, etc., where products are put into the kiln for curing in batches, and the heating, constant temperature and cooling are controlled by the amount of steam introduced, which is suitable for the production process of the water unit method; tunnel brick machine curing kiln, folding line brick machine curing kiln, vertical brick machine curing kiln, etc., products are continuously put into the kiln from one end, and after the three sections of heating, constant temperature and cooling, they are discharged from the other end, which is suitable for the production process of the water conveyor belt method.The second type of intermittent brick machine curing kiln has a simple structure and is highly adaptable to different products, but it consumes a lot of steam, has poor operating conditions, low utilization rate, and occupies a large area. The continuous brick machine curing kiln can overcome the shortcomings of the intermittent brick machine curing kiln and is easy to realize automation, but the infrastructure investment is large.

Concrete structure

The concrete curing chamber can be directly build by concrete and equipped with relevant supports, or it can be built with bricks and equipped with relevant supports.

Method for curing

The curing methods in the curing chamber can be roughly divided into three types:
Natural curing
Steam curing through a steam system.
Air circulation system.

Dust extraction system

According to the requirements for air pollution in different places, the dust removal parts of the concrete block production line mainly include the following locations:

1. Cement silo，with Dust Filter

2. Belt discharge points for the top and lower batching hoppers of the batcher.

3. Top of the skip to the mixer. And also the Mixer for basemix and facemix

4. Part of the concrete block making machine

5. Cubing units, board return system, pallet brush etc.

The system is designed to control airborne concrete and aggregate dust generated from the concrete block production line. We can use a suction hood or corresponding pipes for the dust extraction.
The dust-containing gas enters the high-efficiency purifier from the pipeline. The dust gas is intercepted and purified by the high-efficiency purification filter in the purifier. The particulate matter adheres to the outside of the bag under the negative pressure of the fan. The pulse valve is controlled by the controller at regular intervals. The system is automatically backflushed and cleaned from the inside to the outside. During the backflushing process, the particles fall into the ash hopper and are collected, and the clean gas is discharged through the chimney.

Sound protection

The Sound protection system is mainly used because the equipment produces corresponding noise during the production process, which affects on-site workers and the surrounding environment.
