Brick Machine Pallet

Routine maintenance of brick machine pallet:

1. Regular maintenance: Regularly maintain the brick machine's pallet and replace it immediately if there are product quality problems to avoid affecting the operation of the unfired brick machine. 

2. Thorough maintenance: Due to extreme environmental conditions or time constraints at the construction site, many operators have not done a complete set of maintenance work on the brick machine pallets. In order to extend the service life of the cement brick machine carriage, the equipment must be maintained on time every day.

Types of pallets

The pallets are mainly used to support the newly produced blocks of the equipment during the production of concrete blocks.
Depending on the material of the pallet, there can be roughly:
Steel Pallet, Wooden Pallet, Bamboo Pallet, PVC Pallet, PFB Pallet，Duroboard...

Simple line uses more pallet types PFB: Plastic Fiber Board

PFB pallet is the main recommended pallet for semi-automatic production lines, which is relatively cost-effective.

Reinforced with glass fibres，Glass fiber material content is 60-70%，both sides are ground flat; If needed, you can also have Steel edge protection.
Thicknesses for the board: 25 - 45 mm

Warranty terms of PFB pallets supplied by QGM

1.Warranty: 5-year warranty, one piece will be exchanged for one within one year from the date of bill of lading, two pieces will be exchanged for one within two to three years, and three pieces will be exchanged for one within four to five years.
2.Loss rate: The pallet is a consumable product, and damage within 5% per year is natural loss and is not covered by the warranty. For example, for 1,000 pallets, damage within 50 pallets per year is not covered by the warranty;
3.If the damage rate exceeds 10% within one natural year after the product arrives at the customer's site and is used, it will be deemed that the batch of products provided by Party B has quality problems. During the subsequent warranty period, after deducting 5% of natural wear and tear per year, the remaining quantity must be replaced by the supplier unconditionally.
4.If the damage rate of this batch of pallets is within 10% within one natural year after the bill of lading date, it will be deemed that this batch of products has passed the customer's acceptance and has no quality problems. If a large number of broken boards occur during subsequent use, it will be deemed as improper use or man-made damage by the customer, and will not be covered by the warranty.

Wooden Pallet

There are two structures of wooden pallets, one kind planks connected with double dovetail joints, the other reinforcement of the boards with threaded bars.

Its double dovetail assembly keeps the planks together throughout their length, allowing a homogenous pallet, free from any warping without the use of any adhesive.

The reinforcement of the boards with threaded bars optimises the transfer of the vibration energy and ensures a uniform compaction and high stability of the concrete products.

Storage
After the pallet has been delivered it must be inserted into the block making machine without delay. If temporary storage of the pallets is necessary; it is essential to keep the pallets in a covered place away from direct sunlight and wind, stored in neatly piled stacks.
we can also have some device for spraying to enhance longevity, since the wooden surfaces will be protected and the concrete products will be released easier.

Steel Pallet

Advantages：
The load-bearing capacity is the strongest among pallets.
100% environmentally friendly, can be recycled and reused, no resources are wasted.
Longer service life.

Disadvantages：
Compared with other pallets, steel pallets are too heavy and are only suitable for use in fully automatic production lines.
Relatively speaking, the price is several times more expensive than wooden pallet.
If rust prevention is not done well, it will easily rust later and affect production.
It needs to be calibrated every year. The surface is very smooth. If you use a Push conveyor, the blocks will run and shift, which may cause damage or inaccurate stacking positioning.
