On July 20th, the 6th China International Sand and Aggregate Technology Conference was held in Shenyang, Liaoning. More than 1,100 people from Germany, the United Kingdom, Japan, Denmark, South Korea, Malaysia, India, the United Arab Emirates and some countries along the “Belt and Road” countries, including international government officials, leaders of relevant government departments, domestic and foreign experts, scholars and representatives of aggregate industry. At the meeting, we will jointly discuss the future development of the aggregate industry in the new form. As a vice president, Fujian QGM was invited to attend this meeting.
The conference was organized by the China Aggregate Association and NHI under the theme of “Technology Leading and Integration Development”.
At the opening ceremony of the conference, Zhang Qiyuan, deputy director of the Department of Mineral Resources Protection of the Ministry of Natural Resources, delivered a speech saying that in recent years, the aggregate industry has achieved great results in the comprehensive utilization of mineral resources, the development and promotion of advanced applicable technologies and equipment, and the construction of green mines. At the same time, we hope that the aggregate industry will follow the principle of “strengthening scientific planning, clarifying the direction of industrial development and promoting rational distribution; accelerating green development and shaping a new model for the high-quality development of the aggregate industry; adhering to innovation drive, injecting high quality development into the aggregate industry. Motivation and other recommendations require accelerated transformation and upgrading to achieve green development and high-quality development of the aggregate industry.
Xing Tao, deputy director of the raw materials department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, pointed out in his speech that the construction materials industry is an important basic industry of the national economy. At present, the opportunities and challenges facing the development of China's construction materials industry coexist. We must firmly establish a new development concept, adhere to quality first, benefit priority, and supply-side structural reform as the main line to promote industry quality change, efficiency change, power change, and realize technology, format and model innovation. At the same time, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will continue to work with all departments to promote the high-quality development of the aggregate industry, and strive to do a good job of "optimizing regional layout, adjusting industrial structure, strengthening quality assurance, promoting green development, developing recycled aggregates, and cultivating industrial bases."
In the keynote speech, YouzhenHu, president of China Aggregate Association, gave a report titled “Science and Technology Leading Cross-border Integration – Promoting the High-quality Development of Sand and Stone Aggregate Industry”, respectivelyfrom the situation of aggregate industry,market demand, thinking and innovation - analysis of untraditional, intelligent manufacturing and smart mines, cross-border development and integration development, and issues that companies should pay close attention to. Undoubtedly, the current China's aggregate industry has entered a new period of development. Innovation, green development, scientific development, integrated development and high-quality development have become the main development direction.
As a special guest, Heiko Boes, CEO of Germany Zenith, made a keynote speech on "Comprehensive Utilization of Solid Waste and High Value-added Environmental Protection Bricks" at this conference, which comprehensively explained the current domestic the utilization of solid waste resources was used, and the comprehensive utilization technology of QGM's solid waste was introduced to the participants. The technology can not only use construction waste, industrial slag and other solid waste as raw materials to produce block building materials, but also can further increase the added value of products with secondary processing technology, and make new wall materials, garden landscape bricks, sponge city water permeable bricks, curbstones, slope protection bricks, marine bricks, interlocking bricks, etc. Heiko's report coincides with the theme of “Science and Technology Leading and Integration Development” of the conference, which has aroused enthusiastic response from the participants. Many people came to the QGM booth to further understand.
At the booth, many guest were attracted by the display of the ZENITH1500 and 940 machines. In this regard, GuohuaFu, deputy general manager of Fujian QGM said that the German ZENITH 1500 is the main model of QGM's high-end market, and it has already occupied corresponding advantages in major markets at home and abroad. At the same time, QGM has continuously carried out a round of technological innovation and upgrading on technical equipment, which has enabled many ZENITH 1500 automatic production lines that have cooperated with QGM to create limit benefits.
