From September 6th to 8th , 2018, the National Fabricated Passive House Summit Forum and the 5th China Passive Integrated Building Industry Technology Exchange Conference and Exhibition were held in Fuzhou City, Fujian Province. The conference was jointly sponsored bythe Building Materials Industry Technical Information Research Institute, the Building Materials Industry Technology Supervision Research Center, and the China Passive Integrated Building Materials Industry Alliance. In addition to experts and professors from various colleges and universities, there are more than 300 entrepreneurs and practitioners in the fields of construction,building materials and machinery.

The report “The Application of German Modern Precasting Technology in China” by Guohua Fu, deputy general manager of QGM attached the attention of the participants. Based on the status of domestic prefabricated technology application, Guohua Fu introduced the introduction, development and application history of the world's leading German Sommer prefabricated technology in many aspects, and elaborated the technical advantages of German modern prefabrication technology. As a strategic partner of Sommer in Germany, QGM has taken the lead in introducing world-class precasting technology in China to contribute to the modernization of China's construction industry.

MichealMeyer-OLbersleben,the German FLIB Air-Conditioning Inspection Association、"The 22nd International Passive House Conference" by Pro. Yuansheng Cui,Chairman of the China Passive Integrated Building Materials Industry Alliance、"Economic Analysis Report of Passive House", Zongliang Zhu, deputy chief architect of China Railway Fifth Survey and Design Institute, won the applause of"Green Building and Space Environment".
