Conference News | QGM was invited to participate in the National Conference on New Technologies and Equipment for Comprehensive Utilization of Coal-based Solid Waste and Metallurgical Solid Waste



Recently, the National Coal-based Solid Waste and Metallurgical Solid Waste Comprehensive Utilization New Technology and New Equipment Exchange Conference was held in Yangquan, Shanxi Province, under the guidance of the Industry and Information Technology Bureau of Yangquan City, Shanxi Province, hosted by the China Building Materials Distribution Association, and supported by Fujian Quangong Co., Ltd. The conference attracted nearly 200 experts, scholars, industry elites, and entrepreneurs from all over the country to exchange and guide. Fu Guohua, deputy general manager of Quangong Co., Ltd., was invited to attend and give a keynote speech.


This exchange conference aims to strengthen technical exchanges and cooperation in the field of comprehensive utilization of coal-based solid waste and metallurgical solid waste across the country, make full use of platform advantages, gather industry resources, promote academic and technical exchange innovation and the coordinated development of related industries, and explore practical solutions for the comprehensive utilization of solid waste.





At the meeting, Fu Guohua, deputy general manager of QGM, was invited to give a report entitled "Research and Application of Concrete Block Equipment Technology Solutions". The report deeply analyzed the current status of China's solid waste resource utilization and pointed out that my country faces huge challenges and opportunities in solid waste treatment. With the increasingly stringent environmental protection policies and the prominent problem of resource shortage, how to efficiently convert solid waste into renewable resources has become a key issue that the industry needs to solve.


Fu Guohua said that with years of technical accumulation and innovative practice, QGM successfully developed the ZN900Y / ZN1500Y static press. The equipment has strong adaptability and can process ultra-fine powder materials in a targeted manner. It can widely use related solid waste materials such as construction solid waste, metallurgical solid waste, tailings solid waste, stone powder, sludge, sand washing mud, etc. to produce imitation stone PC bricks, garden landscape bricks, water conservancy slope protection bricks, pavement bricks, curbstones, wall decoration building materials, etc. It has unique advantages in the utilization of powdered materials such as waste slag and tailings, and can greatly increase the amount of powdered materials added, truly consuming a large amount of various bulk solid waste slags, and achieve the effect of comprehensive secondary utilization of solid waste resources.





During the meeting, QGM's "Key technologies and applications for high-quality utilization of imitation stone products molding equipment for diversified solid waste resource utilization" case successfully won the 2024-2025 coal-based/metallurgical solid waste resource technology outstanding case. It is reported that this selection aims to commend innovative and exemplary technologies and applications in the field of solid waste resource utilization, promote the scale and high-value development of the industry, and cultivate and develop new quality productivity for comprehensive utilization of solid waste.
