New products of 3 local companies including Quangong Machinery Co., Ltd.(QGM) were included in the 2021 Fujian Provincial Key New Product Promotion Catalogue for Industry and Informatization (First Batch).

1. The main pressure adopts a large-diameter oil filling device with a transition oil tank, which can respond quickly, act sensitively, then output a pressure of 1200 tons.
2. The hydraulic station adopts a variable pump, which regulates speed and pressure through a proportional valve that saves energy and simplify the operation.
3. The turntable adopts a super-large slewing bearing, which is controlled by a servo motor with an encoder, with stable operation and precise control.
4. Adopt advanced visual control system, PLC adopts Siemens S7-1500 series.
5. The facemix feeding device has a built-in planetary mixer, and uses a quantitative turntable for feeding, and the feeding amount is accurate and stable each time.
6. The basemix feeding device can determine the material discharging level by adopting various transition devices, so as to have a good control on the product height which greatly decreases the quantity of mold needed.
