Introduction and performance characteristics of concrete block forming machine

Concrete block forming machine is a kind of mechanical equipment specially used for producing concrete blocks. Its working principle is mainly to mix concrete raw materials (including cement, sand, gravel, water and additives, etc.) in a certain proportion, and use mechanical pressure to press them into concrete blocks of specific shapes and sizes.


In this process, the raw material conveying and metering system plays a role first. Precise metering equipment ensures that various raw materials enter the mixing system according to the preset formula, and the mixed concrete is transported to the forming mold area. Then, the pressure system (usually hydraulic or mechanical pressure) applies huge pressure to form the concrete in the mold.
