New Project Shipment|ZN1500C Automatic Block Making Plant is under Installation Now

The Background of the Project：

After QGM ZN1500C automatic concrete block making machine production line shipped to North China at the beginning of the month, the rest of block machines like four-bins batcher’s over packing seal and other ancillary facilities have also been shipped to the customer’s site and ready for installation.
The project gets four main advantages in perspective of ecological and environmental protection:
① Energy saving; By using German servo technology, it can save about 20-30 % consumption compared with the ordinary motor
② It can reduce dust, noise and avoid haze emission.
③ Wide range of raw materials selection. The block machine is able to effectively utilize construction waste, iron ore slag, furnace slag, tailings, and other industrial slags, and produce bricks, grass planting bricks, permeable bricks for sponge city, and other block products by changing molds with a short forming cycle, high product density, and high production efficiency. It is in line with the development direction of the national environmental protection industry adjustment and revitalization plan.

Installation and Commissioning Site：

At the customer's site, our installation and commissioning technicians checked the site environment, stabilized all motor parts and components, and confirmed the complete installation tools and safe working environment.

So far, the ZN1500C automatic block-making machine, mixing station, control room, cuber, and other facilities are under assembly gradually......
