ZENITH Return Visit 4th Station｜Yuzhou Hengtai Cement Products Co.,Ltd

The 4th station of Mr.Cesarek return visitation, a senior engineer from ZENITH in Germany, came to Yuzhou, Henan.

Yuzhou Hengtai Cement Products Co., Ltd. is a young enterprise, founded in 2018, mainly engaged in the production and sales of cement blocks, Paver, paving stones, drainage pipes and prefabricated houses.‍
With the increasing emphasis on environmental issues in China, the construction of sponge cities has been launched in various places, and the demand for permeable cement pavers is also increasing. At the beginning of its establishment, Hengtai Building Materials set an annual output of 10 million square meters of sponge city permeable cement pavers. The key to achieving the goal lies in the production efficiency of the automatic block making machine. After many on-site inspections and comparisons, the person in charge of Hengtai Building Materials finally chose the well-known Zenith 940 mobile pallet-free block making machine from QGM group.

Compared with other block machineries, the installation and commissioning time of Zenit 940 is very short, and the production starts soon after the machine is put in place. In addition to the main production of sponge city permeable paver, Zenit 940 can also produce large-sized non-standard cement blocks, such as curbstones and cable ducts. At the same time, the pallet-free reduces the loss of vibration force, the product quality is also excellent, and it is superior to the national standard in various tests such as compression resistance, freezing and thawing, and water permeability.

When Cesarek came to Hengtai Building Materials, he saw the Zenit 940 in production, and the machine was running in good condition. Therefore, Cesarek focused on the quality of the blocks. He communicated with the on-site technicians, understood the material ratio of the blocks, and provided his own professional advice.
