May 29, Germany time, The Quanzhou Enterprise delegation to German Merchants visit, which led by Wang Yongli, Mayor of Quanzhou,sent back the grand news that QGM and the historic German Ryan Group formally signed anintent letter for investment cooperation,QGM’s global layout made a breakthrough again!

In the presence of Wang Yongli(Mayor of Quanzhou)and Wang Chunjin(Secretary of Nanan City Council),QGM general manager Fu Xinyuan and Riin Group Chairman Mr.Rinn sign on the Letter of Intent for investment cooperation.

QGM and Riin Group will co-invest in the construction of China Masonry art and cultural creative Park, which covering many bases and centers including the international masonry Architectural Art Expo Center, international block manufacturing of new materials and Equipment exhibition center, masonry architectural Art design teaching practice base, masonry construction technology training base.

Riin Group located in Hesse, Germany, founded in 1900, have three factories in Heuschelheim, Stadroda and other place, with more than 500 employees. Core business including production and sale of concrete blocks for gardening and landscaping, as well as urban design. After more than 118 years development, Riin Group has become a leading manufacturer of high-end concrete products in German market, and exported to Austria, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Belgium and other countries.

In China, masonry art and cultural creative Park is still blank, and Minnan has a strong accumulation of masonry architectural art, also Quanzhou isan important base of domestic block technology and equipment, gathering lot of block equipment enterprises that renowned domestic and overseas, this could be describe as holing all the aces. After the completion of China's masonry art and cultural Creative Park, it will integrate the resources of the innovation and development of masonry architecture culture and art at domestic and overseas, build the masonry culture of "One Belt , One Road", and contribute an international brand to Quanzhou.

At the same time, the two sides will together set up a modern concrete brick enterprise in Quanzhou, introducing the 118 years advanced experience of Riin, combined QGM’s renowned domestic solid waste comprehensive utilization technology, use stone powder, stone chips and other solid waste as raw materials, to produce high-quality concrete products, thus contribute for the construction of Quanzhou.

In 2014, QGM officially acquired the German company ZENITH, and in 2016 acquired the Austrian Leir Mould Company, in 2017 joint venture with Indian Apollo Group to build a brick machine factory. Cooperation this time with German Riin group means that QGM have created a unique internal and external cycle development model in the industry, realizing a two-way cycle from domestic investment to overseas investment, and is a truly cross-border group company.
